Supreme God i.e. LORD SRI KRISHNA made the laws of karma,
Supreme God i.e. LORD SRI KRISHNA made the laws of karma, and the JIVA i.e. SOUL made it's own karma.
Do not blame the agent of your karma. The people who hurt you are your teachers. They bring you invaluable lessons.
One who comes to the platform of intelligence to understand that rather than serving the cause of material advancement he should serve the cause of Krishna, becomes transcendental to the stringent laws of karma.
“How can we best deal with our disagreers?” The Bhagavad-gita (18.03) offers a healthy model. Here Krishna states the position of those who recommend renunciation of work – a position that he clearly disapproves later (18.05-06). Yet he refers respectfully to the renunciation advocates as manishinah (great thinkers).
That Krishna offers such respect to his disagreers is extraordinary and exemplary for many reasons. Firstly, it is in direct contrast to the general human tendency of mixing the issue with the person and letting disagreement about issues degenerate into disrespect towards the disagreer. Secondly, he is not talking about differences on issues that are inconsequential, but about serious philosophical issues that will have grave individual and social consequences – and yet he doesn’t use that consequentiality to justify launching into an ad hominem attack on his opponents. Thirdly, he is God himself, the omniscient person, the supreme authority. Still he doesn’t draw on his godhood to tear apart his opponents. He sees the good in them, for they are deliberating life’s ultimate questions – the best way out of bondage – even if they come with up an incorrect answer.
No doubt, Krishna does elsewhere use strong words such as mudha (asinine) to refer to those who rigidly and rabidly hold on to erroneous and disastrous views, but that is not so much for their positions as for their dispositions – their incorrigible close-minded obstinacy in holding on to their misconceptions. And his castigation is motivated by consummate compassion – Krishna stays constantly in the hearts of even such people, waiting and working for their reformation.
We have neither the position nor the compassion of Krishna. And we can’t know for sure the disposition of our disagreers. So given our limitations, it’s best that we not imitate his castigatory tone, but follow his conciliatory example.
Bhagavad Gita Chapter 18 Verses 13-14

"Lord Krishna Said: O mighty-armed Arjuna, learn from Me of the five factors which bring about the accomplishment of all action. These are declared in sāṅkhya philosophy to be the place of action, the performer, the senses, the endeavor, and ultimately the Supersoul."
A question may be raised that since any activity performed must have some reaction, how is it that the person in Kṛṣṇa consciousness does not suffer or enjoy the reactions of work? The Lord is citing Vedānta philosophy to show how this is possible. He says that there are five causes for all activities and for success in all activity, and one should know these five causes. Sāṅkhya means the stalk of knowledge, and Vedānta is the final stalk of knowledge accepted by all leading ācāryas. Even Śaṅkara accepts Vedānta-sūtra as such. Therefore such authority should be consulted.
The ultimate will is invested in the Supersoul, as it is stated in the Gītā, "sarvasya cāhaṁ hṛdi." He is engaging everyone in certain activities. Acts done under His direction from within yield no reaction, either in this life or in the life after death.
The instruments of action are the senses, and by senses the soul acts in various ways, and for each and every action there is a different endeavor. But all one's activities depend on the will of the Supersoul, who is seated within the heart as a friend. The Supreme Lord is the super cause. Under these circumstances, he who is acting in Kṛṣṇa consciousness under the direction of the Supersoul situated within the heart is naturally not bound by any activity. Those in complete Kṛṣṇa consciousness are not ultimately responsible for their actions. Everything is dependant on the supreme will, the Supersoul, the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
Joy can only be experienced when we offer our love to Krishna.
